Chemvinyl Pre-Cat Clear Sealer, 5 gal. (pail) – 431-1923-D5PRS

Agitate material thoroughly before use. Chemvinyl must be agitated thoroughly at all times to ensure product consistency.Apply one or two coats at 3-5 mils wet and allow 30- 45 minutes dry at 68°F prior to sanding and applying next coating. Sand with 280/320 grit paper before top coating or re-coating and ensure next coat is applied within eight hours of sanding Chemvinyl.Chemvinyl may be topcoated with pre-catalyzed topcoats such as 431-80XX, 431-46XX, 431-47XX and 431-70XX. Chemvinyl has a limited shelf life and should be used within six months.Chemvinyl must not be polluted with oil, varnish or the like and must not be sanded with steel wool between the coats. Chemvinyl must not be used nor dried at temperatures below 64°F (18°C), or relative air humidity above 65%. During hardening, the sealer must not be exposed to ammonia vapors. Ammonia cleaners should not be used for cleaning the finished surface.Maximum film build of Chemvinyl 431-1923 is not to exceed 2 mils dry.
