Aquaset is a very durable white topcoat, formulated with a self-crosslinking polymer for maximum chemical resistance. Aquaset will give a smooth and hardwearing surface, resisting influence from alcohol, water, etc. Aquaset is non-yellowing and has very good light stability based on the type of resin used.Aquaset meets Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturer Association (KCMA) standards.
Mix material before use. Add water to reduce if required and mix thoroughly. Apply by spray at 4 - 5 mils wet.Aquaset must be agitated thoroughly at all times to ensure product consistency. Contact with metal surfaces should be avoided.Maximum film build of total coating system must not exceed 4 mils dry..The completed coating system should be checked for required properties prior to start-up of production.
